1. Use scissors to carefully cut open the side of the tortilla chips bag, keeping the base intact so it forms a serving container.
2. Spoon the salsa evenly over the chips inside the bag.
3. Add the sliced tomato and onion.
4. Top with the kebab meat (serve warm for the best result).
5. Finish by drizzling chili mayo or garlic sauce on top as a garnish.
6. Serve immediately
