Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Spread the nacho chips evenly in a large oven safe tray – the right quantity for the number of portions to prepare.
3. Spoon the cheese dip evenly across the chips.
4. Add small dollops of refried beans over the chips.
5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
6. Bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
7. Remove from the oven and add small spoonfuls of guacamole on top.
8. Garnish with diced red onion, sweet corn, and pickled jalapenos.
9. Serve immediately

Tip:
You can also add some minced beef or chicken in this dish. Grated Emmental or mozzarella can also be replaced with grated cheddar. You can use triangle or round nachos, salted. Tortilla chips can also be heated in a nacho machine.

150g grated Emmental or mozzarella cheese

300g Refried beans / Chili Beans

75g diced red onion

75g sweet corn (drained)
