Chicken caesar wraps

Preparation

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and garlic, and add the strips of fried chicken fillet. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put one fourth of the mix in the middle of a wrap. Roll firmly with some Parmesan shavings, head lettuce, diced tomatoes and spring onions on top. Cut into two halves and serve!

200 gr fried chicken fillet, seasoned and cut into strips

Head lettuce

2 tomatoes, diced

Spring onion, chopped

2 to 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of mild mustard

4 tablespoons of Parmesan shavings

1 small clove of garlic, crushed
