Stew the apples with a tablespoon of butter and add sugar to taste. Spoon one fourth of the apple filling in the middle of the tortilla wrap and fold in opposing edges.
Place the apple packages or chimichangas on the seam in a buttered oven dish and brush the top lavishly with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and a pinch of cinnamon and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C. Tip: Serve hot with whipped vanilla cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
